At 17th St, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 17th St account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
